The current offer
Pharaoh Vision Glasses is currently a free beta browser companion. No card, purchase or subscription is required. Joining beta updates is optional and does not create a paid order. Any future paid offer will be opt-in and clearly priced before checkout.
What the app does
The app provides real-time colour correction, spoken colour naming, text reading and scene description. The current browser companion works on a phone or tablet camera; references to Meta or Ray-Ban describe intended compatibility and do not mean hardware is included.
Assistive use only
The app is not a medical device and its colour, text and scene outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on it for medication identification, driving, road crossing, emergency response, diagnosis or any other safety-critical decision.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, infringe another person's privacy or use the app to make automated decisions about other people. You are responsible for having permission to capture any person, place, document or information you submit.
Availability
The beta is provided as available and may change, pause or end. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that an AI response will always be available.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, because the current service is free, Pharoah Technology Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by relying on assistive output for a prohibited safety-critical use, or loss arising from temporary unavailability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction. We may update these terms as the beta changes; the date above shows the current version.
